The Branch Manager is responsible for:

• Deposit mobilisation

• Expansion of agricultural credit

• Recovery of regular and non-performing loans

• Supervising branch services and operations

• eKYC and regulatory compliance

Posts and vacancies

Each candidate must name three cities or towns for placement. At least one of them must be a city where the candidate was posted in a previous assignment.

Eligibility

• Qualification: At least a bachelor's degree from an HEC-recognised institute or university, national or international.

• Experience: At least 5 years of banking experience, including at least 1 year as a Branch Manager.

• Age: The maximum age is 45 years on the closing date for applications.

• Applicants who were dismissed, removed or terminated by a previous employer on disciplinary grounds are not eligible.

• Applicants convicted by any court of law are not eligible.
