About the role
Sindh Public Service Commission, Hyderabad, has announced revised conditions for the Combined Competitive Examination (CCE) 2026. Advertisement No. 06/2026, dated 23 October 2026, partially amends Advertisement No. 04/2026, dated 19 August 2026, following the provincial cabinet meeting held on 20 October 2026.
The remaining conditions of the earlier advertisement continue to apply.
Eligibility
- The upper age limit has been increased to 33 years.
- The minimum age limit remains 21 years.
- The number of permitted examination attempts has been increased from three to five.
- The screening test qualifying threshold is 33%, equivalent to 66 marks, replacing the previous threshold of 40%, equivalent to 80 marks.
- Each incorrect answer in the screening test carries a deduction of 0.25 marks.
How to apply
Submit an online application by the extended closing date. Candidates who already applied against the earlier advertisement do not need to apply again. Their applications will be considered under the revised conditions.
Existing applicants may correct errors in their online applications and upload or submit documents through the online system before the closing date. Newly eligible candidates may also apply, subject to meeting all other eligibility requirements.
