About the role

A private organization invites applications from qualified and experienced candidates for contract-based positions in District Bajaur. All positions are project-based, and selection will be made strictly on merit.

Posts and vacancies

Community Mobilizers — 69 positions

• Loe Mamound: Ghakhai (5), Laghari (5), Lar Kalay (5), and Malangai (2).

• Nawagai: Hilal Khel (2), Kotki Charmang (2), Nawagai (6), and Sarkari Qilla (1).

• Salarzai: Chorak (5) and Tali (7).

• Wara Mamound: Bilot (4), Dabar (3), Khar (13), Landy (4), and Meena (5).

Vaccinators — 4 positions

• Nawagai: Nawagai (2).

• Wara Mamound: Khar (2).

Lady Health Visitors (LHV) — 7 positions

• Loe Mamound: Ghakhai (1) and Laghari (1).

• Nawagai: Hilal Khel (1).

• Salarzai: Tali (1).

• Wara Mamound: Dabar (1), Landy (1), and Meena (1).

Medical Technician — 1 position

• Wara Mamound: Dabar (1).

Eligibility

• Community Mobilizers: Minimum Intermediate qualification. A bachelor's degree in Social Sciences, Social Work, Development Studies, or a related field is preferred. Relevant community mobilization or social work experience is required.

• Vaccinators: A two-year Diploma in Health Technology from a recognized institution, with relevant EPI or immunization experience.

• Lady Health Visitors: A two-year Diploma in LHV from a recognized institution. Relevant maternal, newborn and child health (MNCH) or community health experience is preferred.

• Medical Technician: A two-year Diploma in Health Technology from a recognized institution. A minimum of two years of clinical or field experience is preferred.

Preference will be given to candidates residing in the specified Union Councils, particularly for Community Mobilizer, Medical Technician, and Vaccinator positions.
