About the role
The Punjab Healthcare Commission (PHC) is inviting applications for several contract positions to be based at its Head Office in Lahore and at regional offices across Punjab. Appointments are purely on a contract basis. Successful candidates will be engaged in roles related to operations, inspections, administration and daily-wage cleaning services as per the duties of their respective posts.
Posts and vacancies
- Deputy Director (Operations) — Location: Multan. Qualification: MBBS/BDS with Masters/MS/Postgraduate degree in clinical subjects/Public Health/Health Management or equivalent, recognized by PM&DC/HEC or relevant authority. Experience: Minimum 10 years and sound exposure to healthcare services delivery systems of public and/or private sectors.
- Deputy Director(s) (Inspections) — Locations: Lahore, Faisalabad, Multan. Qualification: MBBS/BDS with Masters/MS/Postgraduate degree in clinical subjects/Public Health/Health Management or equivalent, recognized by PM&DC/HEC or relevant authority. Experience: Minimum 10 years and sound exposure to healthcare services delivery systems of public and/or private sectors.
- Manager(s) (Inspections) — Locations: Rawalpindi, Bahawalpur, Sargodha, D.G. Khan. Qualification: MBBS/BDS, duly recognized by PM&DC or relevant authority. Experience: Minimum 6 years relevant experience.
- Officer (Administration) — Location: Head Office, Lahore. Qualification: Minimum 16 years of education in Business Administration/Public Administration/Finance/Accounts or equivalent, duly recognized by HEC or relevant authority. Experience: 0–3 years relevant experience.
- Cleaner(s) (Daily Wage Basis) — Locations: Lahore, Faisalabad, D.G. Khan, Gujranwala. Qualification: Under Matric. Experience: Minimum 1 year relevant experience.
Incumbents will be paid market-competitive remuneration and other benefits as per PHC policy.
Eligibility
Qualifications and experience must be as stated for each post and must be from the recognized authority (PM&DC/HEC or relevant authority) where specified. Internal employees and employees of government/semi-government/autonomous bodies/institutes must apply through proper channel and attach a fresh No Objection Certificate (NOC) issued by the concerned department/authority. Minorities, women and people with special abilities are encouraged to apply. Candidates may be required to appear for aptitude and computer assessments.

- Rs. 2,000 for positions at Sr. #01 and Sr. #02 (Deputy Director posts).
- Rs. 1,000 for positions at Sr. #03 and Sr. #04 (Manager and Officer posts).
All online applications must include a scanned copy of the paid challan form. For Cleaner positions (Sr. #05), submit a written application with a passport-size photograph, updated CV, copy of valid CNIC and a Demand Draft/Pay Order of Rs. 500 (non-refundable) in favor of "Punjab Healthcare Commission" to the Head Office address:

Internal candidates must attach a fresh NOC. The fee payments are non-refundable. Applicants who already applied pursuant to advertisement IPL No. 7746 (published 29 July 2026 with closing date 17 August 2026) are not required to reapply.
