Contract Vacancies at Special Investment Facilitation Council Division (SIFCD)

About the role

The Special Investment Facilitation Council Division (SIFCD) is seeking applications from qualified, dynamic and experienced professionals for contract-based positions, on open merit, under its PSDP-funded Invest Pakistan project.

Contract terms for project staff on development projects funded through the PSDP will follow the Finance Division's Office Memorandum and the Planning Commission's letter dated 05 March 2025.

Posts and vacancies

Two posts are advertised, with one vacancy each.

• Manager (HR), pay scale PPS-10, 1 post, maximum age 52 years.

• A second post with a finance and reporting focus, 1 post.

Eligibility

• Manager (HR): MA, MBA or an equivalent degree with 15 years of education. Experience in protocol, project handling, execution and operations is required, along with proficiency in public or private sector work and excellent communication skills.

• Second post: MA, MS or MBA (Finance) or an equivalent degree with 16 years of education. Candidates need knowledge of public or private sector work, good communication and analytical skills, and the ability to prepare financial documentation, reports, summaries, presentations and analytical reports.

• Educational qualifications must be from recognised local or foreign universities verified by the Higher Education Commission (HEC) of Pakistan.

• A candidate's age must not exceed the maximum age limit for the post as on the closing date of the advertisement.
