About the role

A national healthcare NGO is hiring staff for its PPM Project. It has seven posts across several districts: one District Field Supervisor and six TB Counselors. The field roles involve work on projects in the health and social sectors.

The organisation is an equal opportunity employer. Male candidates are preferred for the District Field Supervisor post and the two TB Counselor posts in Chakwal and Mianwali, because these are field positions. Female candidates are preferred for the four TB Counselor posts in Islamabad, Sahiwal, Chiniot and Bhalwal, because these are static positions.

Eligibility

District Field Supervisor

• Age 25 to 35 years.

• Bachelor's degree (BS) in Computer Science, IT, Social Sciences or a related field.

• Additional relevant qualifications are preferred.

• Field experience in health or social sector projects is preferred.

• Male candidates are preferred.

TB Counselor (Chakwal and Mianwali)

• Age 25 to 35 years.

• Bachelor's degree (BS) in Psychology or Behavioral Therapy.

• Additional relevant qualifications are preferred.

• Field experience in health or social sector projects is preferred.

• Male candidates are preferred.

TB Counselor (Islamabad, Sahiwal, Chiniot and Bhalwal)

• Age 25 to 35 years.

• Bachelor's degree (BS) in Computer Science, IT, Social Sciences or a related field.

• Additional relevant qualifications are preferred.

• Field experience in health or social sector projects is preferred.

• Female candidates are preferred.
