Engineering Consultancy Services Punjab (Pvt.) Limited (ECSP) invites applications from dynamic, experienced and result-oriented professionals for engineering, management, finance, legal, information technology and drafting positions. These positions are offered on a contract basis with market-based salaries.

Eligibility
- General Manager, Roads and Highways (Design): Sixteen years of education with a BE/BSc in Civil Engineering and registration with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC). An MS in Transportation or Highway Engineering is preferred. Applicants must have at least 10 years of experience in highway geometric and pavement design, traffic engineering, drawings, bills of quantities and tender documents. Experience in a senior role at a major firm or public body is preferred.
- Senior Manager (Finance): Sixteen years of education in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, Economics or BBA. A master's degree is preferred, and CA, ACMA or ACCA is an advantage. Applicants must have eight years of experience in financial management, budgeting, reporting and audit, including four years of managerial experience. ERP experience is an advantage.
- Senior Manager (Information Technology): Sixteen years of education in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering or a related field. A master's degree is preferred. Applicants must have eight years of post-qualification experience in IT infrastructure, governance, software, networks and digital transformation, including four years in leadership.
- Manager (Legal): LLB with 16 years of education. An LLM or specialization in corporate or contract law is preferred. Applicants must have six years of post-qualification experience in contracts, claims, disputes, procurement and concession agreements on infrastructure projects. Knowledge of provincial and federal Public-Private Partnership Acts is required.
- Manager (Public-Private Partnership and Transaction Advisory): Sixteen years of education in Accounting, Finance or Economics. A master's degree, CA, ACMA, ACCA or MBA is preferred. Applicants must have six years of experience in public-private partnership transaction structuring, financial modelling, feasibility, bidding, negotiations and financial close.
- Manager (IT): Sixteen years of education in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Cyber Security or Data Science. Applicants must have six years of post-qualification experience in IT infrastructure, cyber security, networks, data protection and disaster recovery.
- Assistant Manager (IT): Sixteen years of education in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Cyber Security or Data Science. Applicants must have four years of post-qualification experience in IT systems, networking, databases and digital solutions.
- Draftsman: Diploma of Associate Engineering in Civil, Architectural, Mechanical or Structural disciplines, or an equivalent qualification. Applicants must have at least seven years of AutoCAD drafting experience involving architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical and plumbing drawings, and roads and highways drawings.
