Ayub Medical College, an Autonomous Medical Teaching Institution (MTI-ATH/MTI-AMC) in Abbottabad, is hiring contract faculty, chairpersons and administrative staff for clinical, basic sciences and support functions. Positions are offered on a fixed-term contract basis under MTI Act 2015 and MTI-ATH rules. Selected candidates will be placed at the appropriate faculty level and offered IPS grade/scale as per MTI Abbottabad policy; special salary packages may be offered for certain posts.

Eligibility

Chairpersons: MBBS or equivalent recognized by PMDC, plus higher qualification such as FCPS, FRCA, MRCP or equivalent (US Board Certification or level III), with valid PMDC registration. Minimum seven years' experience as faculty in a recognized institution. Evidence of scholarly activity and teaching experience required. Term period for chairpersons: three years, renewable subject to satisfactory performance. Domicile: All Pakistan.

Faculty: Qualifications, experience and publication requirements are as per MTI Policy Board regulations and criteria. PMDC eligibility certificate and PMDC registration are mandatory and must be submitted with the application. Upon selection the candidate will be placed at the appropriate faculty level (Assistant, Associate or full Professor) and offered IPS grade/scale as per MTI Abbottabad policy. Special salary packages may be offered for posts such as anesthesia, interventional radiology, pediatric intensive care, critical care, renal transplant and emergency medicine. Domicile: All Pakistan.

Security Manager (IPS-06): Bachelor degree (preference for 1st Division); retired officer minimum rank Major or equivalent from armed forces/police preferred; minimum five years' experience as Security Incharge; knowledge of security management, risk evaluation, and SOP development. Contract initially three years; salary negotiable; domicile All Pakistan.

Assistant Manager Security (IPS-05): For retired officers: Bachelor degree (preference for 1st Division) and retired officer minimum rank Major or equivalent with minimum three years' experience as Assistant Security Incharge. For civilians: minimum five years' experience as Security Supervisor/Incharge in a reputable institution and knowledge of security management. Contract initially three years; salary negotiable; domicile All Pakistan.

Pre Auditor (IPS-04): MBA (Finance) or M.Com or CA (inter) or ICMAP (inter) or ACCA (inter). Age up to 40 years. Minimum three years' post-qualification experience in a reputed institution; audit experience preferred. Domicile: All Pakistan.
