Islamia Grammar School, a well-established English-medium institution, invites applications from highly qualified, dynamic and experienced candidates for the position of Female Principal. An attractive salary will be offered.
Candidates must hold a master's degree, M.Phil, M.Ed or B.Ed from a reputed university. Cambridge-certified candidates will be preferred.
Applicants must have a minimum of 8–10 years of proven experience as a Principal in renowned institutions, such as The City School, Beaconhouse or Garrison Academy. A valid experience certificate is mandatory.
Strong command and working experience of the following education systems are essential:
This experience must include affiliations, registrations, paperwork and examination systems.
Candidates must be fluent in English and Urdu, with strong communication and presentation skills. They must be computer literate and proficient in MS Office and school management software.
Required expertise includes academic planning, staff training and evaluation, admissions, marketing, discipline and parent counselling. Candidates must also be capable of organising co-curricular activities, functions and teacher-training workshops.
The age limit is 40–50 years and is relaxable.
