About the role
Punjab Daanish Schools and Centres of Excellence Authority (PDS&CEA), Government of the Punjab, invites highly dynamic and committed professionals to join the academic staff at Daanish School (Girls), Jand, District Attock. All appointments will be on a contract basis. Salary will be according to the approved DS scale.

Eligibility
The upper age limit is 45 years. Applicants must have a master's degree or equivalent with at least a second division. Teaching experience in a well-reputed educational institution, good English communication and socio-affective skills, and a well-groomed personality with a progressive disposition are preferred.
For each post, applicants must have 16 years of education through a master's degree, BS or BA (Honours) in the relevant subject from an HEC-recognized institution, with at least a second division. Where the final degree or transcript uses CGPA, a minimum of 2.50 out of 4 or 3.50 out of 5 is acceptable.
- English Teacher: The relevant degree must be in English Language, Literature, TEFL, TESOL or a related English field listed as TELT or TESC. Applicants should have sound knowledge of English grammar and composition, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and flawless pronunciation. Creative writing ability and mastery of literary genres will be an additional advantage.
- Urdu Teacher: The relevant degree must be in Urdu. Applicants should have sound knowledge of Urdu grammar and composition, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and flawless pronunciation. Creative writing ability and mastery of literary genres will be an additional advantage.
- Mathematics Teacher: The relevant degree must be in Mathematics.
- General Science Teacher: The relevant degree must be in Biology, Physics or Chemistry.
For all four posts, PhD, MPhil, MEd and BEd qualifications will receive additional qualification marks.
Selected candidates may be transferred or posted to another Daanish School or Centre of Excellence School in Punjab. They will be required to submit medical certificates and a police clearance certificate.

Only shortlisted candidates will be called for a test or interview. The date of the written test or any other required test will be communicated later. Following the test, only shortlisted or selected candidates will be called for an interview. No TA/DA will be admissible for the test or interview.
