About the role
A public sector organization invites eligible, qualified and suitably experienced professionals to express interest in Field Consultant and Accounts Assistant positions. Recruitment will follow the Individual Consultant Selection (ICS) method.
Services will be provided according to the Terms of Reference (TORs) for each position, available at https://infopk-sys.github.io The initial service period is one year, with yearly extensions until project completion subject to satisfactory performance.

Eligibility
Only individuals holding Khyber Pakhtunkhwa domicile are eligible.
Field Consultant
- 16 years of education in Agriculture Sciences or Social Sciences.
- Five to ten years of experience in social mobilization of farmers and formation of farmer organizations.
- Ability to work with diverse stakeholders, including farmers and governmental and non-governmental officials.
- Preference will be given to candidates with experience in merged districts.
Accounts Assistant
- Master's-level educational attainment in finance, MBA, ACCA, CA (preferred), or another related discipline.
- At least two years of experience at a similar level, including management of donor-funded projects.
- Familiarity with government financial regulations and International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD) financial management guidelines.
Candidates must not have an actual, potential or reasonably perceived conflict of interest. Such a conflict will result in disqualification unless explicitly approved by the Fund. Conflicts include relationships providing undue or undisclosed information or influence over selection or contract execution, and business or family relationships with members of the client's board, its personnel, Fund personnel, or individuals directly or indirectly involved in preparing the request for expressions of interest, conducting selection or executing the contract.
Candidates must disclose any actual, potential or reasonably perceived conflict throughout preparation of their expression of interest, selection and contract execution. Failure to disclose may result in disqualification, termination of the contract or other action under the donor's policy on preventing fraud and corruption in its projects and operations.
