Manager IPD (G-10)

About the role

The Medical Teaching Institution (MTI) Mardan invites applications for a merit-based appointment on a contract basis for the post of Manager IPD (G-10). The incumbent will become a full-time institutional employee and will be governed by the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Medical Teaching Institution Act, 2015 (as amended) and MTI regulations. Candidates must submit an accepted resignation from any existing employment if appointed. Any attempt to influence the selection committee will disqualify the applicant.

• Manager IPD (G-10) — 1 post

The institution reserves the right to increase, decrease or cancel the post. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for test/interview; the selection committee's decision is final subject to Board of Governors approval.

Eligibility

• Qualification: MBA, MHA or equivalent degree in Management Sciences (16 years of education) from a recognized university.

• Experience: Five (05) years of post-qualification administrative experience in a tertiary care hospital.

• Preference: Candidates with documented competence in decision-making, budget management, analytical and planning skills, and knowledge of hospital operations, healthcare KPIs, ISO/Joint Commission standards and quality improvement processes will be given preference.

• Quota/Domicile: Minority and disabled quotas will be treated as per government policy.
