About the role
The Office of the Executive Engineer, Public Health Engineering Division (O&M), Tando Muhammad Khan, invites applications for initial recruitment to non-technical posts. Recruitment is being conducted under Government of Sindh recruitment policy and the relevant government decisions and notifications.
The vacancies are initially temporary and will become permanent after completion of the probation period, as provided under the Sindh Service (Appointment, Promotion and Transfers) Rules, 1973. Recruitment will be conducted strictly on merit and with transparency.

There are three vacancies in total. The number of vacancies may be increased or decreased, and applicants will have no right to challenge such changes.
Eligibility
Applicants must hold domicile of District Tando Muhammad Khan. The age limit for all three posts is 28 years. General relaxation of five years in the upper age limit will apply under the Government of Sindh policy and the notification dated 16 October 2024.
Reserved quotas are 15% for women, 5% for minorities and 5% for persons with disabilities, subject to the applicable rules and government policy. Rural and urban quotas of 60% and 40%, respectively, will be maintained under government policy.
Government employees must apply through the proper channel.
How to apply
Complete the prescribed application format and submit it by courier or in person to the office of the Deputy Commissioner, Tando Muhammad Khan.
The application must include the name of the post, the applicant's CNIC number, name, father’s or husband’s name, date of birth, educational qualification, experience, district of domicile, postal address, cell or contact number, and a dated signature. Affix a recent passport-size photograph in the designated space.
Attach two passport-size photographs and attested copies of the CNIC, domicile, PRC, and educational and experience certificates where required. Incomplete applications will not be entertained.
Only shortlisted candidates will be called for a test or interview. No travelling or daily allowance will be admissible.
