About the role
The Government of Pakistan’s Prime Minister’s Office (Public) invites applications from Pakistani nationals for two vacancies on a regular basis under the Balochistan quota. Applicants must possess the required qualifications and a Balochistan local or domicile certificate.

Eligibility
Only candidates holding a Balochistan local or domicile certificate are eligible. Both posts have a basic age limit of 18–25 years, with five years of general age relaxation and an additional five years of relaxation for candidates from Balochistan, giving a maximum age of 35 years.
Under the Establishment Division’s order dated 22 October 2026, candidates belonging to Balochistan receive five years of upper-age relaxation instead of the existing three years as a one-time dispensation. Age eligibility is determined on the closing date.
Applicants already in government service must apply through the proper channel after obtaining a No Objection Certificate (NOC).
How to apply
Submit an online application through the National Job Portal at njp.gov.pk using the dedicated recruitment tab. Applications must be submitted within 15 days of publication.
Recruitment will take place at district level with assistance from newly established employment cells in Balochistan, with the aim of recruiting residents. Selection will be through a walk-in interview process, with no entry or written test, as a one-time dispensation. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for interview.
Candidates must present their original documents and one set of attested copies of certificates, CNIC and Balochistan domicile certificate at the interview. Candidature will be cancelled if information supplied is found to be false or bogus. No travel or daily allowance will be admissible for attending the interview.
Where candidates do not hold the relevant certifications at selection, they must acquire the prescribed proficiency through departmental on-the-job training during probation. Proficiency will be assessed before confirmation; failure to acquire it will be dealt with under the applicable probation and service rules.
