About the role
District Judiciary Khyber invites applications from candidates with Khyber domicile for Process Server, Chowkidar, Naib Qasid, Sweeper and Mali vacancies. Recruitment will follow the applicable recruitment rules and government policies.
Appointments to the Chowkidar, Naib Qasid, Sweeper and Mali posts will be on a contingency-paid daily-wages basis. Selected candidates may be posted to courts within District Khyber.

Eligibility
Applicants must meet the qualifications and age requirements for their chosen post and possess the required Khyber domicile. Eligibility will be assessed against the application closing date. Upper-age relaxation will be considered under the applicable government rules.
Employees of government departments, semi-government organisations and autonomous bodies must apply through the proper channel and provide a departmental no-objection certificate. Candidates claiming disability-related concessions must provide certification from the relevant authority or medical board. Applicable rules will govern women, disability and minority quotas.
Candidates with foreign educational qualifications must provide an equivalence certificate from the Higher Education Commission. Incomplete applications, applications received after the deadline and applications from ineligible candidates will not be accepted.
How to apply
Process Server
Apply online through https://www.etea.edu.pk Applicants must create an online profile and verify their identity through NADRA E-Sahulat before depositing the test fee. Follow the website instructions to complete the application and generate the deposit slip.
Pay the non-refundable test fee through the payment method specified on the deposit slip, including the supported OneLink payment facility. Keep the original payment receipt safely. Documents do not need to be sent to ETEA at the initial online application stage; shortlisted candidates will be required to submit them when requested.
ETEA will conduct the screening test. Candidates will receive an SMS advising them to download their roll-number slips from the ETEA website. The test date, time and venue will appear on the roll-number slip. Further recruitment stages will be conducted for candidates shortlisted under the applicable recruitment policy.
Chowkidar, Naib Qasid, Sweeper and Mali
Download the prescribed application form from https://www.khyberdc.peshawarhighcourt.gov.pk and submit it to the office of the District and Sessions Judge, Khyber, during office hours.
Test or interview arrangements for these posts will be announced on the office notice board. No travelling or daily allowance will be paid for attending recruitment proceedings.
