The Skill Development and Entrepreneurship Department invites qualified, energetic, medically fit and self-motivated candidates to apply for contract positions in Lahore. The openings cover analytics, digitalization, full stack development and backend development.

Both General Manager positions offer PKR 726,290 with an annual increase of PKR 26,760. Both Assistant Manager positions offer PKR 145,000 with a 10% annual increase.
Eligibility
General Manager, Analytics
Candidates must have a PhD in IT, Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, ICT, Software Engineering, Data Analytics or an equivalent qualification from a university recognized by the Higher Education Commission, together with eight years of professional experience in the relevant field.
Alternatively, candidates may have 16 years of education in one of these disciplines or an equivalent qualification from a university recognized by the Higher Education Commission, together with ten years of professional experience in the relevant field. The maximum age is 50 years.
General Manager, Digitalization
Candidates must have a PhD in IT, Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, ICT or an equivalent qualification from a university recognized by the Higher Education Commission, together with eight years of professional experience in the relevant field.
Alternatively, candidates may have 16 years of education in one of these disciplines or an equivalent qualification from a university recognized by the Higher Education Commission, together with ten years of professional experience in the relevant field. The maximum age is 50 years.
Assistant Manager, Full Stack Developer
Candidates must have 16 years of education in Computer Science, IT, Artificial Intelligence, ICT, Software Engineering or an equivalent qualification from a university recognized by the Higher Education Commission. The maximum age is 40 years.
Candidates must demonstrate competence in:
- Full stack architecture, system integration, problem-solving and clean coding practices.
- SQL-based systems, including PostgreSQL and MySQL.
- NoSQL databases, including MongoDB or equivalent systems.
Assistant Manager, Backend Developer
Candidates must have 16 years of education in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, ICT, Software Engineering, Economics, Engineering or an equivalent qualification from a university recognized by the Higher Education Commission. The maximum age is 40 years.
Candidates must demonstrate competence in:
- Backend architecture, database optimization, security-first design and scalability engineering.
- SQL databases, including PostgreSQL and MySQL.
- NoSQL databases, including MongoDB or similar systems.
