About the role
The Finance Division (Military Finance Wing) invites applications from eligible male and female candidates holding Balochistan domicile for an Assistant position. Recruitment is under the Establishment Division's one-time dispensation policy for FY 2026–2027.
Recruitment will take place at district level through newly established Employment Cells in Balochistan, under the Establishment Division's memoranda dated 22 and 27 October 2026. Selection will be through walk-in interviews, without an entry or written test. The selected employee may be posted anywhere in Pakistan.

The Finance Division may increase or decrease the number of vacancies or cancel recruitment at any stage without assigning a reason.
Eligibility
- A bachelor's degree comprising 14 years of education from an HEC-recognized university is required.
- A six-week Basic IT Training Course, including MS Office, must be completed and passed during probation before confirmation. Relaxation for completing this requirement extends to the end of probation.
- Both male and female candidates may apply.
- Applicants must hold a valid domicile certificate for a district of Balochistan. Candidates holding dual domicile or domicile from another province will be disqualified.
- The age range is 18–30 years, plus five years of specific additional relaxation for Balochistan candidates notified on 22 October 2026, giving a stated total upper age limit of 35 years. Age will be calculated on the closing date.
- The recruitment terms also state that five years of upper-age relaxation replaces the existing three years, in addition to five years of general age relaxation.
- Ex-servicemen receive upper-age relaxation equal to their actual armed forces service or 15 years, whichever is less.
- Government servants with two years of service receive 10 years of additional relaxation, subject to a maximum age of 55 years, and must apply through the proper channel.
- Candidates with disabilities receive 10 years of age relaxation.
- Candidates eligible for more than one of the listed age-relaxation categories may claim relaxation under only one category.
The selected candidate must submit a medical certificate under Rule 17 of the Civil Servants (Appointment, Promotion and Transfer) Rules, 1973. If the candidate is medically unfit, the post will be offered to an alternate candidate. Final appointment is subject to verification of academic degrees, character and security clearance by the relevant agencies or police. False information or documents may result in termination, even after joining, and legal action.

Recruitment will be conducted through walk-in interviews at district level with the assistance of Employment Cells in Balochistan. No travelling allowance or daily allowance will be paid for attending interviews.
