About the role
The National Disaster Risk Management Fund (NDRMF), a company established under Section 42 of the Companies Act 2017, invites applications from suitably qualified professionals for two Islamabad-based Assistant Manager – GIS Developer / Modeling Expert positions.
The appointment is for three years, extendable subject to satisfactory performance. Employment will be full-time, and the selected candidates may not engage, directly or indirectly, in another business, occupation or profession during their employment.

Eligibility
Applicants must hold a bachelor's degree, master's degree or PhD in Geoinformatics, GIS and Remote Sensing, Computer Science, Geology/Geosciences, Software Engineering or a related discipline.
A minimum of four years of relevant experience is required in full-stack WebGIS development, spatial data engineering, hazard modeling, numerical simulations or remote sensing analytics. Experience in disaster risk modeling, public-sector or development-sector platforms, cloud-based geospatial infrastructure or multi-hazard risk assessment frameworks will be an advantage.
Age, qualifications and experience will be assessed as of the application submission date. Part-time, honorary, apprenticeship and internship experience will not count toward the required experience.
All candidates must hold qualifications verified by, or recognized as equivalent by, the Higher Education Commission (HEC). Candidates with foreign qualifications must submit the relevant HEC equivalence certificates. Selected candidates must provide HEC-verified degrees before joining NDRMF.
