Eligibility

Applicants must have matriculation and a one-year relevant diploma or course from a recognized institution. The age limit is 18 to 30 years, with relaxation under government rules.

Former military personnel may receive 15 years of age relaxation. Candidates from Scheduled Castes, the Buddhist community, tribal areas, Azad Kashmir, Gilgit-Baltistan, rural Sindh and Balochistan may receive three years of relaxation. Government employees with two years of continuous service may receive up to 10 years of relaxation. Persons with disabilities may receive 10 years of relaxation.

The stated quotas include 10% for women and 5% for minorities, with provision for persons with disabilities.

How to apply

Send your application by post to Commanding Officer, 152 Ordnance Unit, Malir Cantonment, Karachi. Attach attested copies of educational certificates, national identity card, domicile and experience certificates, together with two passport-size photographs and a contact or mobile number.

Include a non-refundable postal order of Rs. 500, payable to the Commanding Officer, 152 Ordnance Unit. Write the post name clearly on the application and envelope. The contact or mobile number must be clearly stated on the application form.

Incomplete applications and applications received after the deadline will not be accepted. Only eligible candidates will be called for a test and interview. No travel or daily allowance will be paid. The competent authority may reject an application without giving a reason.
