The Pakistan Armed Services Board (PASB) Department, Ministry of Defence, Government of Pakistan, invites applications from retired Armed Forces officers for re-employment as Director, Deputy Director and Assistant Director.

There are 14 vacancies across the following posts and stations:

Eligibility
- Director: Retired Colonel or Lieutenant Colonel, or an equivalent officer of the Navy or Air Force. Maximum age: 55 years.
- Deputy Director: Retired Lieutenant Colonel or Major, or an equivalent officer of the Navy or Air Force. Maximum age: 52 years.
- Assistant Director: Retired Lieutenant Colonel or Major, or an equivalent officer of the Navy or Air Force. Maximum age: 50 years.
Maximum age will be calculated on the closing date for applications. War-wounded retired Armed Forces officers will receive preference.

Attach the following documents:
- Three recent photographs.
- Photocopies of the highest civil and military qualification certificates.
- A photocopy of the retirement order.
- A CV containing all necessary details.
The application form asks for the post and station applied for; personal number, rank and name; parent unit, corps or branch; date of birth; date of commission; date of SOD/SOS; cause of retirement; medical category and relevant details; highest civil qualification; military qualifications; awards or certificates; detailed experience and service profile; employment after retirement; present employment; domicile district; OERs for the last five years, if known; postal address; and contact number.

Candidates may apply for more than one post, but a separate application must be submitted for each post and station. Incomplete and late applications will not be entertained.
Only shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview. No travelling or daily allowance is admissible.
