About the role

A large industrial and agricultural group based in South Punjab is hiring experienced professionals for its sugarcane operations and grower finance work. The roles cover sugarcane procurement, cane development, grower management and relations, and grower loans and agricultural financing. Candidates with a background in the sugar industry are preferred for all positions.

Eligibility

Deputy Cane Manager

• Qualification: B.Sc. or M.Sc. Agriculture, preferably in Agronomy.

• Experience: 8 to 10 years of relevant experience in sugarcane procurement, development and grower management, preferably in the sugar industry.

Cane Procurement & Development Officer

• Qualification: B.Sc. Agriculture, preferably in Agronomy.

• Experience: 4 to 6 years of relevant experience in sugarcane procurement, cane development and grower relations, preferably in the sugar industry.

Loan Officer

• Qualification: B.Com, BBA, M.Com or MBA (Finance), or an equivalent qualification.

• Experience: 3 to 7 years of relevant experience in grower loans, agricultural financing, recovery or accounts, preferably in the sugar industry.
