About the role
Pakistan Sweet Home Cadet College, located on GT Road, Tehsil Sohawa, District Jhelum, is seeking an experienced Adjutant. The Adjutant oversees training, discipline, administration, security, staff duties and the management of the institution.
The main duties are:
- Maintaining discipline and orderly conduct among cadets.
- Supervising the cadet routine, parade, physical training and related activities.
- Assisting in the overall administration and security of the college.
- Supervising house and dormitory affairs and ensuring the welfare of cadets.
- Coordinating training, sports, co-curricular and ceremonial activities.
- Performing any other duties assigned by the CEO.

Eligibility
- Retired Major or Captain, or equivalent, from the Armed Forces.
- 25 years of commissioned service.
- Experience as Adjutant of a cadet college is preferred.
- Preference will be given to candidates with experience in cadet discipline, parade and physical training, administration, security and dormitory supervision.
- Age limit: 40 to 50 years at the time of appointment.
