About the role

Pakistan Sweet Home Cadet College, Sohawa, invites applications for the post of Adjutant. The Adjutant will assist in the overall administration and security of the college, maintain discipline and orderly conduct among cadets, supervise cadet routines including parade and physical training, manage house/dormitory affairs and cadet welfare, coordinate training, sports, co-curricular and ceremonial activities, and perform any other duties assigned by the C.E.O.

Eligibility

• Retired Major/Captain or equivalent from the Armed Forces with 25 years of commissioned service.

• Preferably with experience as an Adjutant of a Cadet College or relevant experience in training, discipline, administration, security, staff duties and institutional management.

• Preference will be given to candidates experienced in maintaining discipline and supervising cadet routine, parade, physical training and related activities, and in supervising house/dormitory matters and cadet welfare.

• Age limit: 40–50 years at the time of appointment.
