About the role
Pakistan Sweet Home Cadet College, Sohawa is seeking a senior leader to serve as Commandant. The Commandant will provide command and leadership for the college, oversee training and development of cadets, maintain discipline and character building, and manage administration of the residential institution. The post is based at Pakistan Sweet Home Cadet College on GT Road, Tehsil Sohawa, District Jehlum.

Eligibility
- Retired Colonel, Lieutenant Colonel or equivalent from the Armed Forces with 28 years of commissioned service.
- Preferably with experience in a Cadet College, military training institution, Pakistan Military Academy (PMA), Pakistan Naval Academy (PNA), Pakistan Air Force Academy (PAF Academy), or Army Education Corps.
- Age limit: 45–55 years at the time of appointment.
- Preference will be given to candidates with experience in command and leadership appointments, training and development of young cadets, administration of residential institutions, and discipline and character building of cadets.
