About the role

Zarai Taraqiati Bank Limited (ZTBL) is inviting applications for the position of Branch Manager. ZTBL is an AAA-rated specialized financial institution with a network of over 500 branches across Pakistan. The Branch Manager will be responsible for:

• Deposit mobilization

• Agricultural credit expansion

• Recovery of regular and non-performing loans

• Supervising branch services and operations

• EKYC and regulatory compliance

The postings are in Faisalabad, Gujranwala, Sialkot, Rahim Yar Khan, Swat, Chitral, Karachi, Shaheed Benazirabad, Larkana and Sukkur.

Eligibility

• Qualification: At least a Bachelor's degree from an HEC-recognized institute or university, national or international.

• Experience: At least 5 years of banking experience, including at least 1 year as a Branch Manager.

• Age limit: Up to 45 years as of the closing date.

• Placement: Each candidate must name 3 cities or towns for placement. The candidate must have been posted in at least one of them in a previous assignment.

• Applicants who were dismissed, removed or terminated by a previous employer on disciplinary grounds cannot apply.

• Applicants convicted by any court of law cannot apply.
