About the role
Pakistan Air Force (PAF) is recruiting civilian staff for Medical Assistant, Driver and Cook posts. Candidates must register online during the application period and participate in the selection process for their chosen post.

Vacancies are allocated across merit and regional quotas. The allocations include Punjab, Sindh Rural, Sindh Urban, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Balochistan, Azad Kashmir and Gilgit-Baltistan. Women's and minority allocations apply to the posts identified for those quotas.
Eligibility
Medical Assistant applicants require matriculation in science with Biology. Drivers require driving skills, a driving licence and two years of relevant experience. Cook applicants require relevant cooking skills and experience.
A general relaxation of five years in the upper age limit applies. Serving government employees must obtain a No Objection Certificate from their department.
Candidates dismissed from government service or military training, convicted of offences involving moral turpitude, or declared medically unfit are ineligible. False educational certificates or incorrect application information can also result in disqualification.

Candidates attending a PAF Information and Selection Centre must bring their original educational certificates and marks sheets, computerized national identity card or Smart Card, domicile certificate, and two attested passport-size photographs.
The selection process includes tests or interviews appropriate to the post, consideration by the PAF Headquarters Selection Board, and medical examination of selected candidates. Medical Assistant candidates take intelligence, English and subject tests. Drivers undergo a relevant trade assessment, while Cook candidates attend an interview. Final selection follows the applicable provincial quotas.
