About the role
Pakistan Navy invites candidates from Balochistan for civilian recruitment under the Balochistan quota. There are 69 vacancies across administrative, technical, healthcare, security and support roles. Recruitment will take place at district level with the assistance of employment cells established in Balochistan to facilitate the recruitment of residents.

Eligibility
The general age range is 18–35 years. The age range is 18–30 years for Lady Police Constable and 18–38 years for Assistant. The age-relaxation provisions include five years of general relaxation and five additional years for candidates from Balochistan, as notified by the Establishment Division on 22 October 2026.
The recruitment is subject to verification of domicile, academic certificates and degrees by the relevant departments, along with police verification. Candidates holding dual domicile or domicile from another province will be disqualified. Employees dismissed or removed from an organisation, or having a disciplinary record, are ineligible. Quotas of 10% for women and 5% for minorities will be observed.

Eligible registered candidates must attend walk-in interviews in Quetta, Gwadar or another district according to the Balochistan Federal Employment Facilitation Cell (BEFC) recruitment drive. Recruitment for BPS-01 to BPS-16 posts will be through walk-in interviews, with exemption from entry, written and screening tests.
Candidates must bring their original CNIC, domicile and educational certificates, attested photocopies of these documents, and one recent passport-size photograph. Government servants must apply through the proper channel and produce a fresh No Objection Certificate from their department at the interview. Incomplete applications will not be entertained. No TA/DA is admissible.
False information or forged documents will result in cancellation of candidature. If discovered after joining, the appointment will be terminated and legal action initiated.
