About the role

The Public Private Partnership Authority (P3A) is an autonomous statutory body with a mandate to strengthen Pakistan's public‑private partnership framework and enable greater private sector participation in public infrastructure and services. P3A is hiring experienced finance and advisory professionals on a contract basis to support high‑impact projects across infrastructure, investment and transaction advisory areas.

Posts and vacancies

1. Head, Finance and Fund Management
- Required: Master's degree or equivalent (17 years of schooling) in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, Economics or related discipline. Professional qualifications such as CA/ICMA/ACCA/CPA/CFA or equivalent are acceptable.
- Experience: Minimum 10–12 years post‑qualification relevant experience in corporate finance, investment/transaction advisory, portfolio management or project finance including PPP experience.
- Age limit: Not to exceed 62 years on the date of advertisement.

2. Deputy Head, Fund Management and Investment Promotion
- Required: Bachelor's degree or equivalent (16 years of schooling) in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, Economics or related discipline. Professional qualifications such as CA/ICMA/ACCA/CPA/CFA or equivalent are acceptable.
- Experience: Minimum 10 years post‑qualification relevant experience in corporate finance, investment/transaction advisory, portfolio management or project finance including PPP experience.
- Age limit: Not to exceed 60 years on the date of advertisement.

3. Director, Advisory
- Required: Bachelor's degree or equivalent (16 years of schooling) in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Accounting, Engineering or related discipline. Professional qualifications such as ICMA, ACCA, CA, CPA, CFA or equivalent are acceptable.
- Experience: Minimum 6 years post‑qualification relevant experience in advisory roles, strategic consulting, public‑private partnerships, infrastructure development or investment/transaction advisory.
- Age limit: Not to exceed 60 years on the date of advertisement.

4. Associate Director, Finance and Accounts
- Required: Bachelor's degree or equivalent (16 years of schooling) in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics or related discipline. Professional qualifications such as ICMA, ACCA, CA, CPA, CFA or equivalent are acceptable.
- Experience: Minimum 6 years post‑qualification relevant experience in financial management, accounting, budgeting, financial reporting, audit or corporate finance.
- Age limit: Not to exceed 55 years on the date of advertisement.

A competitive remuneration package, commensurate with experience and qualifications and in accordance with P3A's Human Resources Regulations, 2022, will be offered to selected candidates.

Eligibility

All qualifications must be from HEC‑recognized institutions. Relevant professional qualifications (CA, ICMA, ACCA, CPA, CFA or equivalent) are acceptable where stated. Experience requirements are post‑qualification and vary by post as listed above. Age limits apply as stated for each position on the date of this advertisement.
