About the role

The Public Private Partnership Authority (P3A) invites applications for senior finance and advisory positions on a contract basis. Eligibility

• Head, Finance and Fund Management: At least a Master's or equivalent degree (17 years of schooling) from an HEC-recognized institution in a relevant discipline (Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, Economics or related). Relevant professional qualifications such as CA, ICMA, ACCA, CPA, CFA or equivalent are acceptable. Minimum 10–12 years post-qualification relevant experience in corporate finance, investment/transaction advisory, portfolio management or project finance (including PPP) from a reputable firm, investment bank, multilateral agency or public sector organization. Age not to exceed 62 years on the date of this advertisement.

• Deputy Head, Fund Management and Investment Promotion: At least a Bachelor's or equivalent degree (16 years of schooling) from an HEC-recognized institution in a relevant discipline. Relevant professional qualifications (CA, ICMA, ACCA, CPA, CFA or equivalent) are acceptable. Minimum 10 years post-qualification relevant experience in corporate finance, investment/transaction advisory, portfolio management or project finance (including PPP) from a reputable firm, investment bank, multilateral agency or public sector organization. Age not to exceed 60 years on the date of this advertisement.

• Director, Advisory: At least a Bachelor's or equivalent degree (16 years of schooling) from an HEC-recognized institution in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Accounting, Engineering or a related field. Relevant professional qualifications such as ICMA, ACCA, CA, CPA, CFA or equivalent are acceptable. Minimum 6 years post-qualification relevant experience in advisory roles, strategic consulting, public-private partnerships, infrastructure development or investment/transaction advisory. Age not to exceed 60 years on the date of this advertisement.

• Associate Director, Finance and Accounts: At least a Bachelor's degree (16 years of schooling) from an HEC-recognized institution in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics or a related field. Relevant professional qualifications such as ICMA, ACCA, CA, CPA, CFA or equivalent are acceptable. Minimum 6 years post-qualification relevant experience in financial management, accounting, budgeting, financial reporting, audit or corporate finance. Age not to exceed 55 years on the date of this advertisement.
