About the role

Pakistan Software Export Board (PSEB), under the Ministry of IT & Telecommunication, invites applications for contract positions under the PSDP project "Revamping of IT Industry Landscape." Successful candidates will support project implementation, capacity development, research, and HR functions to strengthen Pakistan's IT and IT-enabled services sector. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for interview; no TA/DA will be provided. Government or semi-government employees must apply through the proper channel. Only post-qualification experience will be considered.

Eligibility

• Assistant Program Manager (HR Skills): Minimum 16 years of education from an HEC-recognized university in Management Sciences, Human Resource, Business Administration, Computer Sciences or IT. Minimum 4 years of post-qualification experience in Human Resource Development, project management or capacity development projects. Preference for candidates with PSDP/ADP/Government project experience. Age limit: 45 years.

• Research Consultant: Minimum 16 years of education from an HEC-recognized university in Management Sciences, Economics, Research, Public Policy or Business Administration. Minimum 6 years of professional experience, including at least 4 years managing PSDP programs focused on marketing research, survey reports, data analytics and strategic management. The incumbent must understand market trends related to the IT industry, branding and campaigns, and consumer behavior. Preference for PSDP/ADP/Government project experience. Age limit: 55 years.

• Assistant Program Officer (HR Skills): Minimum 16 years of education from an HEC-recognized university in Management Sciences, Human Resource, Business Administration, Computer Sciences or IT. Minimum 2 years of overall experience in administration, document management, project management or capacity development projects. Preference for PSDP project experience. Age limit: 45 years.
