Finance Director (Grade-13)

About the role

Medical Teaching Institution, Mardan (MTI Mardan) seeks a Finance Director to lead the institution's finance and accounts functions. The post will be governed under the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Medical Teaching Institution Act, 2015 and MTI Regulations. The appointed candidate will be a full-time institutional employee and must submit an accepted resignation from any existing employment before joining.

Eligibility

Candidates must meet one of the following qualification and experience options:

• Chartered Accountant, member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, with at least five (05) years post-qualification experience in finance and/or accounts in a major private or public company or institution.

• ICMAP certification, member of the Institute of Cost & Management Accountants, with at least eight (08) years post-qualification experience in finance and/or accounts in a major private or public company or institution.

• A master's degree in finance or accounts, with at least eight (08) years post-qualification experience in finance and/or accounts in a major private or public company or institution. Preference among master degree holders will be given to those possessing ACCA membership.

Additional terms and conditions stated by the institution:

• The service of the incumbent will be governed under the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Medical Teaching Institution Act, 2015 and MTI Regulations.

• On appointment the candidate will become a full-time institutional employee and must submit an accepted resignation from any other employment, local or abroad.

• Candidates will be disqualified or terminated if found to have committed perjury in documentation or credentials.

• The institution reserves the right to increase, decrease or cancel the post.

• No TA/DA will be admissible for test/interview.
