Eligibility

• Associate Professor (Gynaecology, Microbiology): Faculty appointment requires Level III or Level IV qualifications in accordance with Pakistan Medical & Dental Council criteria. Relevant postgraduate qualifications and experience as per PMDC criteria are required.

• Assistant Professor (Gynaecology, Pharmacology, Radiology): As per PMDC-approved criteria for faculty appointment (Level III/IV) and relevant postgraduate qualifications.

• Assistant Professor (DPT) and Assistant Professor (Surgical Technology/OTT): PhD in relevant Allied Health discipline or equivalent from an HEC-recognized university OR MS/MPhil in relevant Allied Health discipline with 3 years teaching and research experience.

• Lecturer, Doctor of Physical Therapy: MS/MPhil in Sports Physical Therapy or Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapy or equivalent plus 3 years teaching and research experience.

• Senior Registrar (Cardiology, Nephrology, Plastic Surgery): Clinical postgraduate qualifications appropriate to the specialty (as advertised under senior registrar categories).

• Assistant Medical Director: MBBS with a postgraduate degree in Health Management/Business Management or equivalent from an HEC-recognized university, with 3–5 years of relevant experience in a tertiary health care setup. Non-medical health management professionals are also encouraged to apply. Candidate should be proficient in communication, computer skills, teamwork, problem solving and decision making. Selected AMDs will perform duties in rotation with other Assistant Medical Directors.

• Manager Hospital Services: MBBS or Master's degree in Health Administration, Hospital Management, Health Services Management or related discipline from an HEC-recognized institution with 5 years relevant post-qualification experience, preferably in a reputable health care organization. Knowledge of clinical and non-clinical hospital operations and regulatory compliance required.

• Assistant Manager Hospitality: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Hospital Management, Healthcare Management, Hospitality Management, Public Administration or related field from an HEC-recognized institution with 2–3 years relevant post-qualification experience; strong communication and patient-service orientation required.

• Senior Quality Assurance Officer: RN BSN/BSN (Generic)/Diploma in Nursing with a recognized quality certification (e.g. ISO, CHQP) or a Master's in Quality Management OR BS MLT/MLS or equivalent from an HEC-recognized university. Preferably 2–3 years relevant experience in quality management, patient safety, accreditation, infection control, risk management, auditing and continuous improvement. Knowledge of QMS, SOPs, CAPA, RCA, FMEA and quality indicators is desired.
