About the role
A leading Hospitality Management Group is seeking an experienced, dynamic and results-oriented General Manager to lead overall hospitality operations for a new property. The role will spearhead the pre-opening activities and drive the successful launch and operationalization of the hotel property. The General Manager will be responsible for operational efficiency, guest experience, revenue growth and profitability, and for managing multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.

Eligibility
- Education: Masters in Management Sciences or equivalent.
- Experience: Minimum 15 years of progressive experience in the hospitality industry; at least 5 years' experience as a General Manager of a hotel or hospitality property.
- Skills and competencies: Comprehensive understanding of hotel operations, revenue management, guest experience, sales, marketing and business development; demonstrated ability in pre-opening, opening and successful operationalization of new hotel properties; strong leadership, operational and financial management skills; commercial acumen; ability to develop and implement SOPs, operational strategies, service standards and quality assurance frameworks; excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
