The Office of the Executive Engineer, Hala Irrigation Division, Irrigation Department, invites applications from eligible candidates domiciled in Matiari, Sanghar and Hyderabad districts for Junior Clerk vacancies.
Applicants must hold a graduate degree with at least Second Division from a university recognized by the Higher Education Commission (HEC). They must also have computer skills and a six-month certificate course in MS Office from an institute recognized by the Sindh Board of Technical Education or Trade Testing Board.
The age limit is 18–28 years. Age will be calculated on the closing date under Rule 7 of the Sindh Civil Servants (Relaxation of Upper Age Limit) Rules, 2024. Upper-age relaxation will apply under the Services, General Administration and Coordination Department notification dated 6 March 2025.
Candidates must have passed the Graduation Category general screening test conducted by IBA Sukkur Testing Services (STS) with at least 40% marks and possess the certificate issued by STS.
Reserved quotas for initial appointment will be observed under the Sindh Government's laws, rules and policy.

Applicants already in service must obtain a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from their department before submitting their application. They must bring the original NOC to the interview before the Departmental Selection Committee.
Only eligible, shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview. Candidates must appear before the Departmental Selection Committee with their original documents according to the schedule uploaded to the job portal. No travelling or daily allowance will be admissible for the interview.
