About the role
Lahore Waste Management Company (LWMC) seeks qualified professionals to modernize the city's solid waste management system. LWMC offers contractual positions with competitive market-based salary and opportunities for professional growth. Appointments are on a contract basis for the roles listed below.
Posts and vacancies
- Resident Auditor / Audit Manager — Positions: 1 — Scale: M-6
- Qualification: CA/ACCA/ACMA or equivalent, or a relevant degree (16 years) in Accounting, Finance or Audit.
- Experience: Preferably 5 years' relevant experience in Internal Audit, External Audit, Financial Audit, Compliance or Risk Management. Experience in public sector, government/autonomous organization or large corporate entity will be an advantage.
- Age: Maximum 45 years.
- Manager GIS — Positions: 1 — Scale: M-6
- Qualification: 16 years of education in Data Science, Geographic Information System (GIS), Computer Science, Computer Engineering or Information Technology from an HEC-recognized university.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years' relevant experience in well-established public or private organization.
- Age: Maximum 45 years.
- DM/AM Audit — Positions: 1 — Scale: M-7/8
- Qualification: Partly or fully qualified CA, ACCA or ACMA, or a relevant degree (16 years) in Accounting, Finance or Audit from an HEC-recognized university/institution.
- Experience: Relevant experience in internal/external/financial audit, compliance or risk management; public sector or large corporate experience is an advantage.
- Age: Maximum 35 years.
- DIAM Planning — Positions: 1 — Scale: M-7/8
- Qualification: Bachelor's degree (16 years) in Civil, Mechanical or Environmental Engineering from an HEC-recognized institute/university. Must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC).
- Experience: 4–7 years' relevant professional experience in project planning, project development, feasibility studies, consultancy, infrastructure development and government/development or donor-funded projects.
- Age: Maximum 35 years.
- DM/AM Projects — Positions: 1 — Scale: M-7/8
- Qualification: Bachelor's degree (16 years) in Civil Engineering from an HEC-recognized institute/university. Must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC).
- Experience: 3–7 years' relevant professional experience in civil construction, infrastructure projects, project estimation, consultancy, contracting or public-sector projects.
- Age: Maximum 35 years.
- AM Monitoring — Positions: 1 — Scale: not specified
- Qualification: Minimum sixteen years of education in Data Science, Computer Science or Information Technology from an HEC-recognized university.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years' relevant experience.
- Age: Maximum 35 years.
Eligibility
Candidates must hold the educational qualifications and experience specified for each post. Engineering applicants must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) where stated. Audit posts require CA/ACCA/ACMA qualification or a relevant 16-year degree as listed. Age limits are stated per post and will be counted up to the closing date of applications. Applicants must meet the HEC recognition requirements for degrees where specified.
