About the role
The Medical Teaching Institution (MTI) Mardan invites applications from qualified candidates for a merit-based contract appointment as Manager IPD (G-10) at Mardan Medical Complex.
The service of the appointee will be governed by the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Medical Teaching Institution Act, 2015 (as amended) and the MTI Regulations. The successful candidate will become a full-time employee of the institution. They must submit an accepted resignation from any existing employment, local or abroad, including civil service of the Government.

The institution reserves the right to increase, decrease or cancel the post. The minority and disability quotas will be applied as per Government policy.
Eligibility
- An MBA, MHA or equivalent degree in Management Sciences (16 years of education) from a recognized university.
- Five years of post-qualification administrative experience in a tertiary care hospital.
- Preference will be given to candidates with documented competence in decision-making, budget management, and analytical and planning skills.
- Preference will also be given for knowledge of hospital operations, healthcare KPIs, ISO and Joint Commission standards, and quality improvement processes.
- Candidates must be eligible in all respects by the last date for receipt of applications.
- Any candidate found to have committed perjury in their documents or credentials will be disqualified, or terminated from service at any stage.

4. Send the completed application by registered courier to the Human Resource Department, Mardan Medical Complex, MTI Mardan.
5. Write the name of the post applied for on the envelope.
Incomplete application forms will not be considered. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for a test or interview. Any attempt to approach or influence the selection committee will lead to automatic disqualification. The selection committee's decision, subject to approval by the Board of Governors, will be final. No correspondence will be entertained after the final decision.
