Candidates must have passed both Matric and F.Sc or O/A Level with at least 60% marks, with one of these subject combinations:
Pre-Medical students may also apply if they qualify additional Mathematics in their F.Sc or A Level studies before 15 March 2027. O/A Level candidates must submit an IBCC equivalence certificate.
Candidates appearing for F.Sc with at least 65% marks in Part I may apply with a hope certificate from the head of their college or institute. They must complete their F.Sc/HSSC equivalent examination before 15 May 2027. Candidates who apply with a hope certificate but subsequently fail to obtain 60% marks will be disqualified at any stage of selection or discharged during training.
