About the role
The Military Lands and Cantonments Department, Ministry of Defence, invites applications for a Regional Education Assistant Director in the Cantonment Public Education System at its Regional Headquarters in Rawalpindi. The appointment is on a contract basis and will remain contractual. The post is non-transferable.

Eligibility
Candidates must have an M.Phil or MS representing 18 years or more of education. The qualification criteria also list Education Administration, Leadership and Policy, and B.Ed or M.Ed. A Ph.D is preferable.
Applicants must have at least five years of teaching or administrative experience. Experience as a principal at a reputed institution is preferable.
The age limit is 40–55 years. The upper age limit will be calculated from the application closing date. Existing contractual principals who meet the criteria may also apply. Individuals previously terminated or disengaged from any position or location in the Cantonment Public Education System are ineligible.

Only shortlisted candidates will be called for a written test and interview.
