About the role
The Military Lands and Cantonments Department, Ministry of Defence, invites applications for a Regional Education Assistant Director (READ) in the Cantonment Public Education System. The position is located at the Military Lands and Cantonments Regional Headquarters, Rawalpindi.
Recruitment is on a contract basis, and the appointment will remain contractual. The post is non-transferable.

Eligibility
Applicants must hold an M.Phil or MS representing 18 years or more of education. Preferred qualifications include a PhD, Education Administration, Leadership and Policy, and B.Ed or M.Ed.
Candidates must have at least five years of teaching or administrative experience. Experience as a principal at a reputed institution is preferred.
The age limit is 40–55 years. Upper age will be calculated as of the application closing date. Existing contractual principals who meet the eligibility criteria may also apply. Individuals previously terminated or discharged from any position or location in the Cantonment Public Education System are not eligible.
