Full-stack PHP/Laravel development skills covering front-end technologies, PHP/Laravel MVC architecture, MySQL, Eloquent ORM, migrations, authentication, middleware, RESTful APIs, secure coding, Composer and Git. Minimum three years of experience in software engineering or development.
2	Tech-I (Electrical)	—	FPP-04	Matric and a three-year Diploma of Associate Engineering in Electrical, with two years of relevant experience.
3	Assistant Dispenser (Pharmacy)	—	FPP-03	Matric in Science with a one-year Dispenser Diploma from a recognized institute and at least one year of experience as a Pharmacy Salesman.

About the role

PAEC Foundation, a welfare organization, invites applications for three posts on a contract basis under Public Notice No. 5/2026. Appointments will initially be for one year and may be extended based on performance and organizational requirements. The place of posting may be anywhere in Pakistan.

Medical benefits, transport and a housing subsidy are admissible under Foundation rules.

Eligibility

Junior Manager (IT)

Candidates must have 16 years of education in Computer Sciences or Information Technology: BS(CS), BS(IT), BS(CIS), BS(SE), MCS or an equivalent qualification from an HEC-recognized institution. A minimum of 60% marks, 2.5/4.0 CGPA or 3.5/5.0 CGPA is required.

Applicants must be full-stack PHP/Laravel developers with sound knowledge of:

Front-end development using HTML, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, AJAX and Bootstrap.

Back-end development using PHP and the Laravel framework, including MVC architecture.

MySQL, including database design, queries and optimization.

Laravel development, including Eloquent ORM, migrations, authentication, middleware and RESTful APIs.

Secure coding practices, Composer, Git and modern PHP/Laravel development tools.

A minimum of three years of experience in software engineering or development is required.

Tech-I (Electrical)

Candidates must have Matric and a three-year Diploma of Associate Engineering in Electrical, with two years of relevant experience.

Assistant Dispenser (Pharmacy)

Candidates must have Matric in Science and a one-year Dispenser Diploma from a recognized institute, with at least one year of experience as a Pharmacy Salesman.
