About the role

The Sindh Irrigation and Drainage Authority (SIDA), Government of Sindh, invites applications for senior management positions in research and development, operations, and transition. These roles support the authority's work in irrigation, water resources management, and institutional development.

Appointments will initially be made on a contract basis for two years, with a possible extension of two years based on performance.

Posts and vacancies

The research and development position involves technical guidance, research planning, and work relating to irrigation and water resources. The operations position involves irrigation operations, management, and coordination. The transition position involves institutional development and coordination with stakeholders.

Eligibility

Applicants must hold a relevant master's degree and have at least 10 years of relevant post-qualification experience. The maximum age is 55 years. Candidates must be domiciled in Sindh.

Applicants should have experience relevant to the position they seek, including irrigation and water resources management for the research and development and operations roles, and institutional management and stakeholder coordination for the transition role.
