About the role
The Punjab Masstransit Authority (PMA) invites applications from eligible candidates for purely contractual positions in contract management, mechanical engineering and field inspection. The posts are based in Lahore, Rawalpindi and the duty-station combinations listed below.

Both Field Inspector categories require regular travel to the stated duty stations. Selected candidates may be posted at any relevant duty station according to operational requirements.
Eligibility

Government-approved quotas, where applicable, will be observed subject to applicable terms and conditions. General age relaxation of five years for male candidates and five plus three years for female candidates will apply according to government instructions.
Part-time, teaching, honorary, self-employed and apprentice or intern experience will not count as experience.
Candidates already serving in government must apply through the proper channel. At the interview, they must submit a No Objection Certificate issued by their appointing authority. The certificate must clearly state their appointment date and the nature of their job.
Successful candidates must provide educational documents verified by HEC, or an HEC equivalence certificate for a foreign degree, together with experience letters, a fresh police character verification certificate and a medical fitness certificate issued by a district hospital.

Apply online through the Punjab Job Portal at https://jobs.punjab.gov.pk/ by November 23, 2026. Applications and documents sent by email, by hand or through a courier will not be accepted.
Upload transcripts, educational degrees and relevant job experience certificates with the online application. Uploaded documents will be treated as final, and PMA will not request resubmission. Fake or irrelevant documents, failure to submit relevant educational documents or experience certificates, missing documents, or incorrect or incomplete information will lead to disqualification without notice.
Pay a non-refundable application processing fee of Rs. 900 on or before the closing date, only through a bank deposit slip at the Bank of Punjab. Use Account No. 6580045522200045, titled Masstransit Authority Non-Fare Revenue (NFR) Fund Account, and upload a copy of the payment receipt with the online application. Payments through a postal order or bank draft will not be accepted.
Applicants seeking more than one post must apply separately and pay a separate fee for each post or category. If more than one application is submitted for the same post or category, only the first eligible application will be considered.

Only shortlisted candidates will be called for interview. No travel or daily allowance will be paid for the test or interview. Candidates called for interview must bring their original educational certificates, transcripts, experience letters, application fee payment receipt, driving licence where relevant to the post, and any other relevant documents.
PMA reserves the right to increase or decrease the number of posts, or reject applications or the recruitment process altogether at any stage without assigning a reason.
