About the role
The Programme Monitoring and Implementation Unit (PMIU), Punjab Education Sector Reforms Programme (PESRP), School Education Department, Government of the Punjab, invites applications under the project Actions to Strengthen Performance for Inclusive and Responsive Education (ASPIRE). The appointments will continue until completion of the project.

Eligibility
- Head of Technology: Master's or Bachelor's (Honours) degree in Computer Science or a related field from an HEC-recognized foreign or local university. A higher qualification is preferred. Applicants need seven years of verifiable relevant experience in ERP solutions development, data-related solutions, and the design, implementation and deployment of software solutions.
- Database Administrator: Master's or Bachelor's (Honours) degree in Computer Science or a related field from an HEC-recognized foreign or local university, with six years of verifiable relevant experience. DBA certification is preferred.
- DevOps Engineer + Cyber Security: Master's or Bachelor's (Honours) degree in Computer Science, IT or a related field from an HEC-recognized foreign or local university, with five years of verifiable relevant experience. Certified DevOps Engineers are preferred.
- Senior Software Engineer: Master's or Bachelor's (Honours) degree in Computer Science, IT, Artificial Intelligence or a related field from an HEC-recognized foreign or local university, with five years of verifiable relevant experience. Preference will be given to AI professionals.
- Senior Software Developers (UI/UX): Master's or Bachelor's (Honours) degree in Computer Science, IT or a related field from an HEC-recognized foreign or local university, with five years of verifiable relevant experience.
- QA / Test Engineers: Master's or Bachelor's (Honours) degree in Computer Science, IT or a related field from an HEC-recognized foreign or local university, with five years of verifiable relevant experience. Knowledge of SQL injection and load testing is desirable. Certified candidates are preferred.
- Mobile / Web Developer: Master's or Bachelor's (Honours) degree in Computer Science, IT or a related field from an HEC-recognized foreign or local university, with five years of verifiable relevant experience.
- System Analyst: Master's or Bachelor's (Honours) degree in Computer Science or a related field from an HEC-recognized foreign or local university, with six years of verifiable relevant experience. Knowledge of virtualization in VMware and Hyper-V is preferred.
- Network / System Administrator: Master's or Bachelor's (Honours) degree in Computer Science, IT or a related field from an HEC-recognized foreign or local university, with five years of verifiable relevant experience. CCNP, HCNP or PCNSE certification is preferred.
- Junior Software Engineer: Master's or Bachelor's (Honours) degree in Computer Science, IT or a related field from an HEC-recognized foreign or local university, with five years of verifiable relevant experience.
- Coordination and Stakeholder Engagement Officer: At least a master's degree or equivalent, representing sixteen years of education, in Communication Studies, Journalism, Marketing, Public Policy or Social Sciences from a foreign or local university recognized by HEC Pakistan. Applicants need at least five years of relevant post-qualification experience in project coordination, stakeholder engagement, communication and outreach activities, awareness and advocacy campaigns, and interdepartmental coordination. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in donor-funded projects and familiarity with Government of the Punjab systems.
