Sanitary Worker (Temporary)

About the role

Tehsil Headquarter Hospital Shorkot is hiring sanitary staff on a purely temporary basis to support hospital cleanliness and sanitation functions. Appointments will be made for a fixed period of 89 days and do not constitute sanctioned posts. Selected candidates will perform duties assigned by the hospital and must comply with hospital rules and schedules, including biometric daily attendance.

• Sanitary Worker (Sweeper)

- Positions: 26 - Appointment period: 89 days (temporary) - Note: Appointment is purely temporary and will not confer any right to a permanent post.

Eligibility

• Applicants must be residents of the relevant district.

• Candidates must be medically and physically fit.

• Preference will be given to applicants with experience in hospital sanitation/cleaning.

• Age limit: 50 years.

• Selection and recruitment will follow Government of Punjab rules and applicable quotas.

• Incomplete or late applications will not be accepted.

• Selected candidates must present original documents at interview and will be required to complete medical and physical fitness checks.

• Attendance will be recorded on a biometric system; failure to attend, including two consecutive days of absence, may lead to termination.

How to apply

• Submit applications to the Office of the Medical Superintendent, Tehsil Headquarter Hospital Shorkot.

• Attach copies of CNIC, domicile, educational certificates, experience certificates (if any) and attested recent photographs with the application.

• Applicants must bring original CNIC, original educational and experience certificates, and domicile to the interview.

• No TA/DA will be paid for test or selection. Wages/allowances will be paid according to Government of Punjab approved rates via cross cheque or bank account.

• The selection committee reserves the right to accept or reject any application according to rules. Any false information or forged documents at any stage will result in cancellation of the candidature and appointment.
