About the role

The Directorate General of Trade Organizations (DGTO), under the administrative control of the Ministry of Commerce, Government of Pakistan, invites applications for an Assistant on a regular basis. This recruitment is reserved for candidates holding a Local or Domicile Certificate of Balochistan.

Eligibility

Applicants must hold a second-class bachelor's degree from a university recognized by the Higher Education Commission (HEC). Five years of experience handling official matters and maintaining office records is preferable. Basic IT skills, including MS Office, are also preferable.

The age limit is 18–25 years, with five years of general age relaxation and an additional five years of relaxation for candidates from Balochistan, giving a maximum age of 35 years.

Only candidates possessing a Balochistan Local or Domicile Certificate are eligible.

Recruitment will take place at district level with the assistance of the newly established District Employment Cells. Selection will be through a walk-in interview process, without an entry or written test. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for interview. Candidates must bring their original documents to the interview. No travel or daily allowance will be admissible.
