Assistant Product Manager - Roshan Digital Account (OG-1)

About the role

National Bank of Pakistan is seeking an experienced professional for its Digital Banking team in Karachi. The Assistant Product Manager - Roshan Digital Account will report to the Unit Head Product - Roshan Digital Account and support product initiatives aligned with the Bank's digital banking strategy and business objectives.

The appointment is on a three-year contract, renewable at management's discretion. Selected candidates will receive a compensation package and benefits under the Bank's policies and rules.

Responsibilities include:

• Managing day-to-day operations of the Roshan Digital Account product suite.

• Supporting and improving customer journeys across mobile app and web onboarding channels.

• Tracking account openings, onboarding conversion rates, activation levels, customer engagement and other key performance indicators.

• Analysing customer feedback, complaints, drop-off trends and onboarding performance to identify improvements.

• Preparing and maintaining Product Program Documents, business requirement documents, standard operating procedures, process flows and other product documentation.

• Coordinating with Technology, Operations, Compliance, Risk, Marketing and Customer Service teams on product enhancements and regulatory requirements.

• Supporting user acceptance testing, system enhancements, defect resolution and deployment activities.

• Preparing periodic management information reports, dashboards, presentations and reports on product performance, customer behaviour and business growth.

• Performing other assignments given by the Product Manager, Unit Head Product - RDA or management.

Eligibility

Candidates must hold at least a graduation degree or equivalent from a local or international university, college or institute recognised by the Higher Education Commission of Pakistan. A master's degree or relevant professional certifications will be preferred.

Applicants must have at least two years of experience in banking, financial institutions, telecom or fintech. This must include at least one year in product development, product growth or management, product lifecycle, digital onboarding, business analysis or UI/UX involving digital financial products or services, including Roshan Digital Account or similar digital propositions.

Candidates should be able to conduct market research on diaspora banking needs, competitor offerings and global remittance trends. They should have knowledge of KYC, AML and other regulatory requirements relevant to Roshan Digital Account, and be able to coordinate with Marketing to design and execute campaigns targeting overseas Pakistanis.
