Posts and vacancies

1. Procurement Officer

• Minimum 4–5 years of relevant procurement experience in a club or hotel.

• Minimum qualification: Intermediate or Graduation in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Commerce or a related discipline.

• Required skills: market knowledge, vendor sourcing and negotiation, understanding of PPRA rules and procurement procedures, analytical skills, contract management, communication and vendor management.

2. Painter

• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in painting and surface finishing.

• Must be familiar with basic painting tools and techniques and be hardworking and responsible.

3. Technical Helper / Mason / Labour

• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience.

• Candidates with a diploma or certificate in a relevant technical discipline will be preferred.

4. CCTV Technician

• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience as a CCTV technician.

• Hands-on expertise in installation, maintenance, troubleshooting and monitoring of CCTV systems.

• Proficiency in networking setup, DVR/NVR configuration and overall CCTV system maintenance.

• Qualification: Three-year Diploma of Associate Engineering (DAE) in Electrical or equivalent.

5. HVAC Supervisor

• Qualification: DAE (HVAC/Mechanical) from a recognized institution.

• Minimum 5–8 years of relevant experience in HVAC operation and maintenance, preferably in a club, hotel, commercial building or large facility.

• Responsibilities: supervise HVAC technicians; oversee operation, maintenance and troubleshooting of absorption chillers, AHUs, FCUs and split AC systems; implement preventive and corrective maintenance; optimize system performance and energy efficiency; minimize equipment downtime.

• Required skills: technical, supervisory, communication, leadership and problem-solving.

6. Senior Ground Man (Polo Ground)

• 5–10 years of relevant experience in a reputable polo club; retired Army personnel may also apply.

• Minimum qualification: Matric.

• Responsibilities and skills: grass maintenance, watering, sanding, leveling, mowing, seasonal weed control; understanding of polo ground rules, dimensions, layout and ground marking; operate basic ground-maintenance equipment and maintain safe, level and optimal playing conditions.

Eligibility requirements vary by post. The advertisement specifies experience ranges and minimum educational requirements for each role: Procurement Officer (Intermediate/Graduation; 4–5 years procurement experience in a club or hotel), Painter (2–3 years), Technical Helper/Mason/Labour (2–3 years; diplomas/certificates preferred), CCTV Technician (2–3 years; DAE Electrical or equivalent), HVAC Supervisor (DAE HVAC/Mechanical; 5–8 years), Senior Ground Man (Matric; 5–10 years; retired Army personnel may apply).
