Contract Positions at Pakistan Software Export Board (PSEB)

About the role

Pakistan Software Export Board (PSEB), under the Ministry of IT & Telecommunication, Government of Pakistan, is recruiting qualified professionals on a contract basis for the PSDP project "Revamping of IT Industry Landscape." Selected candidates will contribute to project management, capacity development, human resource functions and research activities to support export growth and positioning of Pakistan's IT and ITeS sectors.

Posts and vacancies

• Assistant Program Manager (HR Skills) — 2 positions — PPS-08

- Qualification: Minimum 16 years of education from an HEC-recognized university in Management Sciences, Human Resource, Business Administration, Computer Sciences, or IT. - Experience: Minimum 4 years of post-qualification experience in Human Resource Development, project management or capacity development projects. Preference for candidates with PSDP/ADP/Government Projects experience.

• Research Consultant — positions as required — PPS-08

- Qualification: Minimum 16 years of education from an HEC-recognized university in Management Sciences, Economics, Research, Public Policy, or Business Administration. - Experience: Minimum 6 years of professional experience, with at least 4 years in managing PSDP programs focused on marketing research, survey reports, data analytics and strategic management. Candidate must have an understanding of market trends related to the IT industry, branding and campaigns, and consumer behavior. Preference for PSDP/ADP/Government Projects experience.

• Assistant Program Officer (HR Skills) — positions as required — PPS-07

- Qualification: Minimum 16 years of education from an HEC-recognized university in Management Sciences, Human Resource, Business Administration, Computer Sciences, or IT. - Experience: Minimum 2 years of overall experience in administration, document management, project management or capacity development projects. Preference for experience in PSDP projects.

Eligibility

• Only candidates meeting the advertised qualifications and experience will be considered.

• Age limits as advertised: Assistant Program Manager — 45 years; Research Consultant — 55 years; Assistant Program Officer — 45 years.

• Only post-qualification experience will be considered.
