About the role

The Public Private Partnership Authority (P3A) is an autonomous statutory body established under the PPP Act, 2017, with a mandate to strengthen Pakistan's public-private partnership framework and enable greater private sector participation in public infrastructure and services. P3A seeks qualified, experienced and dynamic professionals on a contract basis to support high-impact projects and transaction advisory, fund management and financial oversight.

Eligibility

Head, Finance and Fund Management

• Master's or equivalent (17 years of schooling) in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, Economics or related field; relevant professional qualifications such as CA/ICMA/ACCA/CPA/CFA are acceptable.

• Minimum 10–12 years post-16 years' qualification experience in corporate finance, investment/transaction advisory, portfolio management or project finance, including PPP experience.

• Age shall not exceed 62 years on the date of this advertisement.

Deputy Head, Fund Management and Investment Promotion

• Bachelor's or equivalent (16 years of schooling) in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, Economics or related field; relevant professional qualifications such as CA/ICMA/ACCA/CPA/CFA are acceptable.

• Minimum 10 years post-16 years' qualification relevant experience in corporate finance, investment/transaction advisory, portfolio management or project finance, including PPP experience.

• Age shall not exceed 60 years on the date of this advertisement.

Director, Advisory

• Bachelor's or equivalent (16 years of schooling) in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Accounting, Engineering or related field; relevant professional qualifications such as ICMA/ACCA/CA/CPA/CFA are acceptable.

• Minimum 6 years post-16 years' qualification relevant experience in advisory roles, strategic consulting, public-private partnerships, infrastructure development or investment/transaction advisory.

• Age shall not exceed 60 years on the date of this advertisement.

Associate Director, Finance and Accounts

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (16 years of schooling) in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics or related field; relevant professional qualifications such as ICMA/ACCA/CA/CPA/CFA are acceptable.

• Minimum 6 years post-16 years' qualification relevant experience in financial management, accounting, budgeting, financial reporting, audit or corporate finance.

• Age shall not exceed 55 years on the date of this advertisement.
