About the role

Board of Management Multan Industrial Estate (a subordinate body of Punjab Industrial Estates Development & Management Company) is recruiting on a contract basis for senior and technical positions to support the management and operations of Multan Industrial Estate. Salary will be decided on the basis of experience/profile within the defined ranges for each post. Females, minorities and persons with disabilities are encouraged to apply. Posts and vacancies

• Estate Manager (on Contract Basis)

- Positions: 1 - Salary Range (PKR): 125,000 - 250,000

• Estate Affairs Officer (on Contract Basis)

- Positions: 1 - Salary Range (PKR): 45,000 - 115,000

• Building Inspector (on Contract Basis)

- Positions: 1 - Salary Range (PKR): 40,000 - 90,000

Eligibility

• Estate Manager: Graduation (16 years) in a relevant field. Preferable: Master degree in Business/Management/Engineering from an HEC-recognized university. Minimum 10 years of relevant administrative experience. Preferably retired officers of the Armed Forces. Minimum age: 35 years.

• Estate Affairs Officer: Graduation (14 years) in a relevant field. Preferable: Master degree in Business/Management/Commerce from an HEC-recognized university. Minimum 6 years of related experience. Minimum age: 25 years.

• Building Inspector: Graduation (14 years) in a relevant field OR DAE (Civil) from an HEC-recognized institute. Experience: if graduation then minimum 5 years; if DAE or equivalent then minimum 7 years. Must have civil/building control/building bylaws implementation related experience. Skill: expertise in AutoCAD/drawing. Minimum age: 22 years.

All educational and experience certificates must be attested where required.
